My Story
I didn't come to massage therapy through a spa. I came through fire stations, ambulances, and emergency rooms. As an AEMT and Firefighter, I've spent years watching what stress, physical strain, and chronic tension do to the human body — and I've made it my mission to help people recover from it. As a 3rd generation firefighter & the 2nd generation of women in my family to choose public service my appetite for helping is ingrained in me.
That background shapes everything about how I work. I understand anatomy under pressure. I know what it means to push your body past its limits — and what it takes to bring it back. Whether you're an athlete grinding through a season, a nurse who hasn't had a day off in weeks, or someone managing a chronic condition, I see you. I care for everyone on my table for from my medical bag as if they were my family, intently listening to the events & experiences that have brought our paths to cross.
